Journalists play an Important Role in Nation Building – Dilip Kumar Patwa

The Indian Journalists Association (Regd.) celebrated the 77th Republic Day with great enthusiasm. The flag hoisting ceremony was held at the National Administrative Office Media Center, Ghazi Rauza Tiraha, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. The flag was hoisted by the Chief Guest, Mr. Dilip Kumar Patwa, Editor-in-Chief of the Hindi daily newspaper “Dahakti Report” and a journalist accredited by the Uttar Pradesh government. The Chief Guest released a tricolor balloon, symbolizing national unity. After the national anthem, all the journalists present chanted slogans of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai,” “Vande Mataram,” and “Bharat Veeron Ki Jai.”
Addressing the journalists present at the flag hoisting ceremony, Chief Guest Mr. Dilip Kumar Patwa said that the national flag is a symbol of our unity, integrity, freedom, and sovereignty. He remembered the sacrifices of the freedom fighters and urged the youth to adopt the values ​​of the Constitution – truth, non-violence, equality, and brotherhood – in their lives.
The speakers highlighted the role of journalists in nation-building and emphasized the importance of cleanliness, education, discipline, and social harmony.
Finally, the event further strengthened the feelings of patriotism, sense of duty, and national pride in everyone’s hearts.
Those present on this occasion included National Organizing Secretary Akhileshwar Dhar Dwivedi, State Treasurer Purvanchal Naved Alam, Gorakhpur Divisional President Rafi Ahmed, Divisional Secretary Satish Chandra, Divisional Spokesperson Satish Mani Tripathi, Metropolitan President Anshul Verma, Mohammad Azam, Ramashankar Gupta, Dr. Atiq Ahmed, Haji Mukhtar Ahmed Qureshi, Shravan Kumar Gupta, Zuber Alam, Mohammad Rafiq Ahmed, Meraj Ahmed, Lalit Kumar Singh, Mohammad Ismail, Imran Khan, Seraj Ahmed, Rajkumar Sharma, Ramashankar Gupta, Mohammad Ahmed Khan, and other journalists and media personnel.
